Почему то при рестарте скрипта ничего не сохраняется, но если в самом скрипте убрать галочки и нажать load - то все гуд

Убери галочки, и нажми load...
Ты думаешь я далбаеб?
Я написал когда убираю галочки и нажимаю load - оно работает
Если нажать crtl + r - и потом load - нихуя не ставятся сохраненые галочки, но в ини файле значение отображается как true

на 31 строке не указан файл конфига, пример:

    },
}, 'myIni.ini')
и в функции load_ini тоже поменяй (правда хз зачем тебе эта функция, если у тебя и так всё подгружается, просто перенеси пременные в начало скрипта после подгрузки ини)
