Is it safe to test .asi mods in SAMP with Sanboxie plus? Can they acces my computer data outside sandboxie?

Hi. I wanna test very dangerous mods with Sandboxie Plus. Is it safe? I've tried virtual computer but GTA San Andreas is lagging and I don't like it, maybe sandboxed will work well. Any info? https://github.com/sandboxie-plus/Sandboxie/releases
