Не запускается свой сервер самп

1. 0.3.7-R2

Помогите, когда запускаю свой сервер(запускаю и через samp-server.exe и через хостинг), то всё равно он не включается. Вот видеозапись как это выглядит:

Ты не перенес файлы сервера на хостинг
