Moonloader not starts

Hello, I got a problem - moonloader not starts (same with other .asi files) I installed microsoft visual c++ redistributables (2005,8,10,12,15,17,19 all) I got new system also so that's probably beacuse of it, but what should I install? Thanks in advance!
