Chat bubble

Hi does anyone know what this asi script is called that shows when another player is writing a message you can see in the picture the chat bubble?

It would be helpful if you have a link because I have searched everywhere but couldn't find it.

This is the visual equivalent of a "cloud of thoughts".
The name “chat bubble" is a borrowed term from comics, UI design and the gaming industry, which the developers of SAMP are simply applied to their function.
