It’s not very complicated and it’s exactly what the title says. This gta_sa.exe fixes crashes when running enbseries versions 0.306 and below which caused crashes on newer systems. Just replace the gta_sa.exe and that’s it.
P.S.: For some reason it doesn’t work if you have the game on the desktop. Place it in another directory such as Documents, Downloads, or the game’s original installation path.
