SA:MP Help me find a private cheat (aimbot lagshot)

I need a private cheat that is capable of opening in an executable .exe or injectable way, something similar to the famous "Extreme Cheats". tmb I would like to know if using Cheat Engine I can "dodge" bullets? I mean, out of 5 shots they give me, I only received 1-3.

another thing, does anyone know how you can bypass the anti cheat PWAC?
