servers can not detect sampfuncs without injecting their code directly into your client. at that point there are two options:
- you're either using a server provided launcher, and it is theoretically possible to make a launcher simulator which will tell the server that you're using the launcher when you do not
or
- the server is utilizing one of the known sa:mp RCEs to inject code into your game remotely, at which point it is considered malware and you should avoid playing there at all costs
