Can someone send me a .dat or some mod that I can configure the running speed of all skins, in the case of samp to make them slower, thus making it easier to hit the shots, something related to pedstats.dat, that makes all skins slower running, making it easier to hit

well that would not be possible, since their speed is controlled by data on their hardware and you can't change data on their hardware

so *you* are going to be slow and *they* are going to be as fast as usual

that would require modifying *their* games, which is not only impossible by scripts on your side, but is also illegal in most countries
