SA:MP Find player location for samp 0.3dl

Im looking for a .Cleo file to find players location or detect players location I believe it's possible since we are all in the same world
Note the server has player marks disabled so you can't see their blips on the map

I don't mind if it's a .lua file too

-and thats why you cant do this with a script, server does not send any data about them
