Ultimate Informer mod allow you to get info from any player such as his color, skin, current weapon, position etc...
It also has addational functions like tracers, 3D Informer, Player box , bones stick, teleport, copy skin, copy health etc... which works only for that targeted ID (player)
you can set custom target ID via option "Set Target ID" you can also edit these functions from ini file located in your Cleo\UltimateInformer\Settings.ini
its open source you can check out code copy paste remove add do what you want
tested on samp 0.3.7 r1 with sampfuncs 5.3.3 and cleo 4.3
press + to open menu, also you can put any activation key which you want
and make sure that targeted ID player is in stream
for installation just put all files into your cleo folder
