This is a traffic radar (http://imgur.com/a/uqocL), I would like to know if there is any cleo to cheat it. PS: It detects the speed of the car, that is, any cleo able to do fake speed is enought.. thanks :)

Yes, it's impossible, but only if server's anticheat is not detects instant change of the vehicle speed. In theory only.
