Условные операторы

У меня больше 140 ХП, но выполняется 2 условие.

        elseif hp > 120 or hp == 120 and not hp > 139  then

            sampAddChatMessage('/usedrugs 1', -1)  
        end

Бля спасибо, вроде в начале так и делал, но что то не работало и подумал, что в ЛУА так сделать нельзя, по этому писал сверху хуйню
